The Part-Time Homeowner Contract
All snow removal will be done 24 hours after the Full Time Residents have been cleared, except when occupied and 48 hours notice is received. In addition we will send out a shoveling crew to take care of the area in front of the garage doors and the walkway to the entry door. This is an excellent deal for the homeowner who is not here all the time but still needs dependable service.
